In today’s digital world where most events are carried out online specially in this pandemic, lots and lots of data is generated, so for predictions in any field
systematic exploitation of big data would help in making the system smart,
intelligent, and efficient as well as cost effective operations and optimisation.

In future generation network, a single infrastructure is needed to provide
services such as enhanced mobile broadband, ultra-reliable and low-latency
communications, it should also support fifth generation, long term evolution and Wifi. Also it should support heterogeneous network with different types of base stations such as macro, micro, femto, pico.

This challenge to efficiently operate a network able of facilitating flexibility while satisfying the demands from services is enormous for a network operator. Also the network operators face considerable challenges in theirs coverage extensions, keeping up with every possible increasing capacity in the scarcity of resources such as spectrum.

The value of analytics brings to optimisation comes from expanding the range of data sources .Let’s see types of Analytics , it exists a succession of evolution in big data analytics, starting from descriptor, predictive and prescriptive analytics from which network operators are currently using the descriptive phase and use mainly visualisation tools to get insight son what happened, the network, performance etc.

Predictive analytics is an excellent tool for predicting, but Prescriptive analytics goes steps ahead of just predicting the future events by suggesting decision options for slicing.

Computational Intelligence play a very important role in the big data analysis, as we all know traditional data processing and analysis approaches cannot be employed due to their limited processing space and time. Where computer intelligence in real time eventually finds out and explain the underlying, patterns, correlations, as well .Also helps to understand the data properly. Computational Intelligence can be applied for big data analysis for example, fuzzy logic, neutral algorithms rough sets, swarm intelligence, evolutionary computing, stochastic algorithms, physical algorithms, immune algorithms, probabilistic methods are the tools and methodologies that the network operators’ big data analytics agents can employ for processing the data available.

Now predictions and suggestions based on data sets are also given by the two
compelling tools like “Machine Learning” and “Artificial Intelligence” this tools can be seen managing large amount of data especially for marketing. ML is sometimes brought up as a subspace pf AI based on the concept that we can let the machines learn for themselves by providing them access to large amounts of data, while AI is widespread perception of devices becoming capable of carrying out the tasks in an intelligent way. Applied AI is most suitable for next-generation communications systems as the applied AI can be devised to adeptly controlling and optimising the wireless networks.

Although employing big data analytics for control and optimisation of wireless networks is very attracting to the network operators, it comes with some challenges. The process of managing and leveraging of massive amount of data, designing algorithms for dynamic and efficient processing of sizeable data sets then exploiting the insights from the data analytics in networks can pose unique challenges.

Data- driven next generation wireless network model, where the network
operators employs advanced data analytics,ML and AI for efficient
operation, control, and optimisation. The main drivers of big data analytics adoption and discuss how ML,AI and computational intelligence play their
important role in data analytics for next generation wireless networks.
